Immersive Instructional Inquiry Independent Model (i⁴M) ©

Applications are built on i4M model, this is a comprehensive educational approach that integrates immersive learning experiences with structured instructional phases, while encouraging independent learning and mastery.

I4M

Immersive learning engages students in hands-on tasks, creating lasting memories, enhancing retention, and linking actions to meaningful outcomes effectively.

Immersive

The independent phase empowers students to apply knowledge, work autonomously, and take responsibility, fostering motivation, retention, and confidence.

Independent

The instructional phase delivers clear guidance, building foundational knowledge through tutors, preparing students for inquiry and independent learning stages.

Instructional

The inquiry phase fosters curiosity, encouraging students to ask questions, explore, and solve problems, building knowledge through active engagement.

Differentiated Questioning in Virtual Reality

By incorporating tiered questioning into virtual reality, we empower teachers with the ability to set questioning levels directly within the headsets. This flexibility allows teachers to taylor the virtual reality applications questioning to each student’s needs.

These questions provide scaffolding and focus on basic recall and comprehension for students who may need additional
support
to access the curriculum.

These questions align directly with the standard curriculum and are designed for the majority of students. Encouraging students to engage with the core content.

These questions go beyond the curriculum, aiming to challenge advanced learners by fostering critical thinking, analysis, and
application.

E-mail or Passthrough Data Collection

Gathering evidence of learning outcomes is essential for teachers to evaluate how VR has enhanced their students' learning journey. Our software employs two pedagogical approaches to assess what students have accomplished in VR, offering a reliable and effective way to measure their understanding of the unit of work.

Email

Students can use the VR applications entirely autonomously, emailing their results and 3D creations from within the headset directly to the teacher. This approach ensures a precise capture of the student's understanding of the unit of work, enabling individualized learning opportunities.

Schools using the VR email option have access to allow students to capture and send images within specific applications. This allows students to attach visual evidence of their work, giving teachers clearer insight into individual progress and making assessment more efficient and meaningful.

Passthrough

Students can work in pairs with the passthrough window integrated into every VR application. This feature works in tandem with our provided worksheets, which align with the software's questioning. Answers are collected by the student's partner, fostering collaboration and engagement.

First Nations Applications

Explore Australia’s rich First Nations heritage through immersive VR experiences that bring Indigenous stories, culture, and landscapes to life. Our applications foster understanding and respect by connecting students with the traditions and knowledge of Australia's First Peoples in a deeply engaging and interactive way.

Built-in Safety Features

All our applications are designed with enhanced safety features beyond the standard hardware protections. We provide a 2.4-meter safe learning area that alerts students if they step outside. Additionally, none of our applications utilize locomotion or teleportation, ensuring we minimize the risk of motion sickness and prioritize a comfortable learning experience.

Optional Applications

Our modular membership gives schools the freedom to expand beyond the core curriculum package. Tailor your experience to suit your school’s learning priorities by adding optional applications like STEM Explorations and Pathways to Industry. This flexible, cost-effective model supports the growth of immersive technology across Australian classrooms.
